As a Sundancenet subscriber you agree to be bound by our Service Agreement and you are responsible for verifying any information from any source related to Sundancenet.com, including dialup telephone connections. It is the your responsibility to determine and verify that the dialup number in use is toll free from your calling area. You will be responsible for any long distance charges associated with the dialup number in use.

     We make no promise or warranty that access to the Internet or visits to web sites through our service are free from interruption or errors. You are responsible for avoiding viruses and offensive materials contained in web sites. It is understood that users under the age of 18 have express permission from a parent or guardian to use our service. Use of web sites is entirely at your risk. Sundancenet disclaims all liability related to links contained in our web site and we do not endorse or support materials contained in linked web sites. Links are posted for the convenience of the user.

     By continuing to use our Internet Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and our Service Agreement. You agree not to rent, lease, loan or resell these Internet Services. You agree that use of our services by you or anyone you permit to use your account are your exclusive responsibility. In addition, you agree to hold Sundancenet and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, related to your use of our Internet Services, or anyone using your account or any violation of this agreement.

Payment

     You will be billed for services on the first day of the month. Signups, which occur during the billing period, will be prorated for the month of signup. This prorated charge in addition to the cost of the first period (monthly, quarterly, etc.) plus any applicable set up fees are payable at the time of signup. Following the first period, you agree to pay for Internet Services in accordance with your agreement with Sundancenet. In the event you agree to be billed and pay by credit card, you hereby give Sundancenet permission to bill your credit card company monthly unless you inform us otherwise, prior to the first day of the month.

     If Sundancenet changes prices, you will be provided with written or Email notice of such changes, 30 days prior to the effective date of such change.

     You understand that you may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, effective at the end of the then current billing cycle by calling Sundancenet during regular hours. We may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to your failure to abide by the terms of the agreement, or your failure to pay charges when due. We do not assume that you wish to cancel because you have not used your account for dial-in.
